The big headlines: Sunday was quite the news day. Here are the big stories in case you’re just catching up: Three Kenner officers were shot during a long standoff that ended with the suspect’s death; and a pro-Palestinian protest in Jackson Square ended with multiple arrests. Driver alert! If you motor around New Orleans, keep an eye on the speed limit and watch those left turns. The police department has added more officers to its traffic division and there’s a push to enforce traffic laws.
