In our online course starting September 28, How To Build an Antiracist Library Culture, you’ll learn concrete actions from library leaders to help you cultivate an antiracist, inclusive library culture. You will reflect on implicit biases and be equipped with tangible tools to evaluate and reimagine your spaces, programs, and services—all through an antiracist lens. Over 3 weeks, you will create your own equity-based initiative and get feedback from an expert in the field. The speaker program runs on Wednesday, Sept. 28, Tuesday, Oct. 4, and Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022 from 2:00-4:30 pm ET with an ongoing facilitator-led workshop over 3 weeks.
