TRB Webinar: Emerging Challenges for Congestion Pricing on Managed Lanes There is often a disparity between the goals that state departments of transportation have for priced managed lanes and the public assumption for those goals. The public tends to be skeptical of priced managed lanes because the concept is difficult to explain to a non-technical audience. TRB will host a webinar on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 2:00-3:30 PM Eastern that will describe agency experiences about implementing priced managed lanes. Presenters will provide specific case examples and lessons learned. This webinar is sponsored by the TRB Standing Committee on Managed Lanes. It will also feature research from NCHRP Synthesis Report 559: Emerging Challenges to Priced Managed Lanes. Some registrants will need to pay $95 to attend this webinar.
