TRB Webinar: State & Local Deployments of Connected & Automated Vehicle Infrastructure Connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) are a reality, but can our roads keep up? TRB will host a webinar on Monday, June 21, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 PM Eastern that will identify what is already available, and how to safely and efficiently deploy future CAVs. Presenters will focus specifically on connected and automated vehicle infrastructure systems (CAVIS). They will discuss procurement considerations from state and local government agency perspectives and will provide use cases for both highway and transit CAVIS. This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Technical Committee on Research Innovation Implementation Management.
