 Over the past 20 years, we have seen many different solutions offered for type 2 diabetes and prediabetes. It seems that any time you give patients extra education and extra finances for food choices, the results are positive. But what happens when that help is no longer there? The answer is: things return to the way they were.
Do they have to be like this? This week, our Creighton University PharmD Candidate, Kornelia Ilias, looks at a well-received presentation from the ADA Scientific Sessions, on how the simple act of adding vegetables can make a measurable difference.
