We couldn’t be more excited to announce our first mixed culture release this Thursday 1/17! Details for our triple bottle and draft release below.


CORETEX: 5.5% mixed culture saison aged in a single Sauvignon Blanc puncheon with Brett and Lacto. Bursting with aromas of white wine, oak, and grape must. Notes of oak, vanilla, and tropical fruit. Crisp and clean with a bready, cereal finish.


PERSICI: 5.5% mixed culture saison aged in a single Sauvignon Blanc puncheon on peaches. Light funk and peaches on the nose with a blast of peaches, oak and wine on the pallet. Super clean and unbelievably drinkable.


CULTIVATE: 5% sour ale with cucumbers. Last but not least, the newest beer in our line of experimental sours utilized 100 pounds of freshly peeled cucumbers. Huge aromas and flavors of fresh cucumber meet a golden sour base for a match made in heaven. This beer is crisp, clean, crushable, and insanely refreshing. The perfect level of tartness makes this one slightly reminiscent of a pickled cucumber with a clean, bready finish.
