Trump signs $400 billion spending deal reached by Congress

President Trump signed a $400 billion budget deal sent to him by Congress Friday morning which funds the government through March 23 and removes spending caps on military and other programs, and includes aid to hurricane-ravaged Florida, Texas and Puerto Rico.
