SCRA made almost $1 billion impact on S.C. economy

The S.C. Research Authority, a nonprofit corporation that invests in and mentors companies across the Palmetto State, contributed nearly $1 billion to the state’s economy in 2020, a Darla Moore School of Business study found.

Rental rises 2.7% in Charleston metro

December’s average rental rates increased 2.7% year-over-year with Mount Pleasant apartments costing the most at $1,434 a month, according to a recent data study by a national rental listings company.
