| Oct. 4, 2022 The 30-year average high temperature for the Twin Cities on Oct. 4 is 65 degrees. The first four days of October have all produced highs in the 70s in the Twin Cities and most of southern Minnesota. So far temperatures are running nine degrees warmer than average in the Twin Cities this month. However, a respectable cold front will advance into northern Minnesota by Wednesday evening.
