Two lawsuits have just been filed against Kroger and Albertsons seeking to to stop a nearly $4 billion payout to Albertsons’ shareholders until a full review of the companies’ proposed $24.6 billion merger deal is complete.
Q: Do you view the payout as a problem? Or is this Albertsons' business and not an issue at all?
