INTERNATIONAL: The next edition of IMEX, slated to take place in Frankfurt, Germany, from May 25-27, has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns. The conference for the global meeting industry typically draws exhibitors and buyers from more than 150 countries. Organizers still hope to host IMEX America in Las Vegas from Nov. 9-11, 2021, as well as the 20th anniversary of IMEX in Frankfurt from April 25-28, 2022. CHICAGO: Art fair Expo Chicago is postponing its 2021 in-person exposition at Navy Pier. In its place, there will be a virtual event from April 8-11, with programming and participants announced in the coming weeks. LOS ANGELES: The inaugural Critics Choice Super Awards—honoring superhero, science fiction, fantasy, horror, action and animation movies and TV—took place on Sunday.
