US Treasury unveils wallet regulation The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department, has unveiled its proposed rules on transactions involving non custodial wallets.
The announcement was unsurprising as Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was rumored to be rushing out related regulations prior to President Trump’s term expiring.
