| Question of the Week | | Can't answer the question in your email? Click here to view as web page before commenting. | For the fourth straight year, Worcester has scored a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Municipal Equality Index, scoring municipalities on their LGBTQ policies and acceptance. The city was first ranked in 2013 and scored a 55, but had a perfect mark this year, including in non-discrimination employment practices. What does your company do to be LGBTQ friendly? We are an equal opportunity employer but don't take it beyond what is required by law. Issue guidance and training to employees about non-discriminatory workplace habits. Encourage members of the LGBTQ community to be open and comfortable in the workplace. We have an LGBTQ advisory board. | |
