Dear Members,

Many of you have already noticed the updated menu in the Terrace Room. For those of you who haven't yet had the chance, stop by this week and sample some of the latest creations from our kitchen. We're sure you'll love the menu's combination of new options with Echo Valley favorites.

This week we have two fantastic events to help you celebrate fall. First, this Friday is Josh's Echo Oktoberfest. Join us in the Upstairs Lounge for this classic annual celebration of German beer and food, Echo Valley-style. RSVP by Thursday to join in the fun. Then bring the whole family out to the upper range on Sunday for the Halloween Hayrack Ride & Bonfire. This wonderful family event features a hayrack ride up to the hidden Echo Valley pumpkin patch, where you can pick out a pumpkin to carve and take home, plus lots of snacks and fun by the bonfire. RSVP by Friday to reserve your pumpkin. Send us an email or give us a call at 285-0101 to sign up for both events!

Finally, we wanted to share another quick update on the Creek course carth paths. Concrete pouring was completed yesterday. Now we are moving forward with clean-up and other groundskeeping tasks around the paths. Please enjoy some photos of the progress below.
