I know. You don't have time to bake in the evening, much less the morning. But here's a way you can do two breakfasts--maybe three--next week and invest less than ten minutes in morning prep time.
It's make-ahead muffins. Mix them up in the evening; stick them in the oven in the morning.
They're really good bran muffins. Even the littler kids will like them. Maybe do the original on Tuesday morning and cinnamon chip or cranberry nut on Saturday morning.
And only mix one batch. Use what you need in the morning, and stick the rest in the refrigerator for later.
