It is vital then, that you have as much relevant data on hand as possible. With our Tracking feature, we make the behaviour of your contacts visible to you across your sales and marketing channels.

Our Tracking feature enables you to gather really useful data about your contacts’ individual journeys, from email, SMS campaigns and your website. With this collated data you are able to create relevant segments that communicate specifically - and much more personally - with your audience.

A few examples of how this improves your communication include, being able to get an overview of which products have been added or removed from their shopping cart, how far the contact has gone through the checkout process at your webshop, and whether there are certain articles or categories of relevance that the contact has visited and in which, therefore, they have shown a genuine interest.

Our Tracking isn’t limited to helping you work effectively with just these sorts of behaviours. For instance, you may also want to know if a particular video has been played or if a specific piece of content has been downloaded. This can help with the associated event tracking.
