KEY FIGURE OF THE DAY: 1

Jonas Vingegaard won the 11th stage of the 2022 Tour de France on the summit of the col du Granon, taking the first success of his career in the race, in his second participation. He had already finished three times second of stages in the past: on stage 17 (Col du Portet) and stage 18 (Luz-Ardiden) in 2021, on stage 7 (La Super Planche des Belles Filles) in 2022. On each occasion, the winner was Tadej Pogacar. This Wednesday in the Hautes-Alpes, Jonas Vingegaard reversed the trend: Tadej Pogacar, having a hard time today, has finished 7th.
