Monday: Peak Exhausted

Mondays are hard for me. I'm impressively bad at them. After a weekend of chasing around my two energetic boys (ages 3 and 8) and trying to fill every minute and make the most out of our limited family time together, the first day of the week hits me hard. I usually spend Monday trying to regroup, and even so, by Monday night I'm also usually my most exhausted.

Night one of my sleep diary begins with me lying in bed next to my husband, under my beloved weighted blanket, which is probably the first thing I'd save in a fire (after my family of course).
