Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam's medical school yearbook page includes blackface, KKK photo

A photo appearing on Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam's yearbook page for Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1984 shows a man dressed in blackface and another person wearing a Ku Klux Klan robe and hood. The governor, a Democrat, did not immediately respond to inquiries from USA TODAY.
