| • | Yoga for Resilience Live on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm, June 1st to July 6th. From a yoga mat or chair, keep your mind, body, and spirit connected during these uncertain times. |
| • | Calming the Mind During Stressful Times Live on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm, June 4th to June 25th. Learn mindfulness practices for staying in the present moment without dwelling in the past or future, as well how showing ourselves more compassion. |
