In Memoriam - Eric Huurre: Our dear friend, Eric Huurre, passed away in his home a week ago. He was EFT's most beloved "video man" and left his mark with all of us. A celebration-of-life for Eric will be held in Toronto on March 3. Here is a commemorative poem I created for that celebration...

Eric, my friend, ‘tis not your end.
Your love transcends it all.
I oft repeat, your words so sweet,
Their wisdom does install.
It’s not good-bye, nor ask we why,
We but accept your passing.

Anne Ryan On "Gentle" Spiritual Experiences

Anne Ryan, from Ireland, gives us her insightful perspective on spiritual experiences. She writes...

"I have been thinking too about "awakenings" and how many people describe them as a sudden moment or experience, like you had many years ago. There seems to be less written about those of us who gently stir and stretch and yawn our way into being awake. Perhaps the more sudden experiences are so defined and powerful that they are clearer. It struck me recently that maybe there are many people waiting for the dramatic moment and they may be missing that they too are wakening up, only in a softer, more gentle and less noticeable way."

This is an important distinction because only a small percentage of us have had the larger WOW experience that people portray so enthusiastically. Most of us make gradual moves toward awakening and don't notice them until months later when they have built into something substantial.

Can EFT Help With Shy Bladder?

Question: I was wondering if you had a specific treatment for shy bladder. I suffer with this and have tried self hypnosis and subliminal messaging with no results.

Age 4 Molestation Issue Gone In Minutes
For OEFT Course Newcomer

Torie (actual name withheld for privacy reasons) was molested at age 4 by her uncle. Decades later, her intensity still got to an 8 (with tight chest) when recalling the issue. This, despite years of conventional therapy on that memory. I walked her through a few minutes with The Unseen Therapist and the whole issue collapsed. No intensity whatsoever. Freedom. Here's how she tells it...

Hi Gary,

Thank you so much for the recording & the orientation yesterday! I very much enjoyed talking with you.

I retested this morning like you suggested by revisiting the event we worked on yesterday and, when it didn’t bring up any fear or upset, I tried exaggerating everything, trying to upset myself. I was a little surprised (but very pleased) that I was not getting any intensity. So I think I can safely say that the emotions from this event are resolved thanks to the Unseen Therapist!
