Viva La Waffle to open second location in Lafayette

When Viva La Waffle made its return two years ago, the enthusiasm ran high for its fans who recalled its food truck days from years past. Now co-owner Collin Cormier will open a second location this week in a space inside the student union at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
