I called the utility company today and was told they have a policy of waiving one late fee every 5 years. It is not a fortune of money, but better in my pocket than theirs!

Ask caterers if they need some extra hands around the kitchen, or ask your local venue if they need help cleaning up around the venue.

Boiling Potatoes in the Skin for Potato Salad

A cooked potato that has had the skin removed. When my mother made potato salad, she boiled the potatoes whole and then peeled them. Her potato salad was so good. When I want to make a batch of potato salad, I cook the potatoes in the skin like she did.
