Below-zero lows tomorrow. Get ready for another temp roller coaster. Southern Minnesota will see single digits below zero tomorrow morning while northern parts of the state see even colder lows in the minus 10s. Temps will keep plummeting until Friday, when the highs reach the mid-30s in the Twin Cities. Bundle up, and hang in there! Can’t fall asleep at night? That sleep tracker on your wrist may be the culprit. Sleep trackers have become increasingly popular, but for some people, perfecting their sleep score becomes an end unto itself. And there's a name for this new kind of insomnia of the digital age: orthosomnia. What changes are women making to today’s workforce? Author Chris Crisman says their roles - and the jobs they hold - continue to expand and shift. These changes haven’t come without challenges; women have had to push for space in male-dominated industries and to overcome misconceptions based on gender, class and race.
