Dear John,

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, we hope you're in good spirits and health! We are thankful that, as of today, there are no reported cases of the virus in the Bay Islands. Still, there's a lot of uncertainty, and we know that we need to adapt fast to our changing reality. 
 

The future has never seemed so challenging and unpredictable. And right now, we're doing everything possible to sustain over 200 employees. At the same time, the resort remains closed, and the majority of our staff at home in isolation with their families. Tourism has ground to a complete halt, and with it, the only source of income for the foreseeable future.  
 

As you know, AKR is a family-run resort, which has been around for over 50 years. Our staff and their families depend on us, many of whom have worked at the resort for decades. Now, more than ever, they need us. And we need you.
