Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are abusing their power and sparking the worst racial divisions in modern history. They are effectively ripping up the Constitution’s guarantee of equality for all.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris could not be more divisive, more dishonest, or more dangerous to the American project of equal treatment under the law.

The Biden-Harris Administration signed a $4 billion loan forgiveness program for ranchers hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic. Shockingly, the program excludes white farmers and ranchers from receiving debt relief—only because of their skin color.

This White House is blatantly denying American citizens their right to equal protection under the law, as well as other rights enshrined in the Constitution.
