We believe in dessert cupcakes, cupcakes that taste good enough that you can serve them for dessert to guests. 

We'll make different cupcakes every day and let you choose your favorite in the store or share recipes with you online. We're teaching a cupcake class on Saturday so there will be lots to choose from then.

You'll need some good cake mixes suitable for cupcakes. Our Baby Cakes Mixes were designed for cupcakes. Technically, they are cream cake mixes and balance better with frosting and fillings.  Both the Vanilla Bean mixes and the Very Fudgy mixes are half off. The Vanilla Bean mixes are made with ground vanilla beans.  The Very Fudgy mixes include mini chocolate pieces.

Let's start with the Chunky Monkey Cupcakes named after the ice cream.  They are banana cupcakes with nuts and chocolate pieces added then filled with banana cream and frosted. It's one of our most famous cupcakes.  

The key is the banana cream filling.  Mix ripe bananas with Bavarian cream and insert it into the center of the cupcakes.  There is a video in the link below that will show you how.
