Meet the team behind Hudson Meats – Colin Holt and Jeff Winfield. Colin is an award-winning Chef, having received 2 Chef Hats from the SMH Good Food Guide Awards for three consecutive years, in addition to owning his own restaurants. Jeff has worked in IT and financial services for 20 years, with extensive experience in supplier management, application systems, financial management and more. Ever since Colin & Jeff opened their first store in 2007, they have stayed true to their values of sourcing locally and providing their customers quality products. PROVENANCE We specialise in communicating with and sourcing regional produce directly from our farmers. We want to know where a product is grown and how it’s raised – this gives us confidence we’re delivering the best to our customers. QUALITY We ensure that all products are chemical-free and not administered any growth hormones. Pasture-raised is always our preference. INTEGRITY We do not promote or support products sourced from feed-lots. We also do not promote that you should be eating meat every day – but when you do, ensure it’s of the highest quality. SOURCING We support our local farmers and only choose the finest free-range produce Australia has to offer. PADDOCK TO PLATE This philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.
