We’ve made some updates to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, effective November 14, 2022, which explain the new McCormick Flavor Rewards Loyalty Program. Our commitment to privacy has not changed. Terms of Use: We’ve added additional terms and conditions applicable to the McCormick Flavor Rewards Loyalty Program, explaining eligibility, how to participate, how to earn and redeem points and any limitations. Privacy Notice: We’ve clarified that we may process personal information, such as your name and the rewards you earn, when you participate in our McCormick Flavor Rewards Loyalty Program. Participation in the McCormick Flavor Rewards Loyalty Program is voluntary and you may opt-out at any time. By continuing to use our services, including our websites and Flavor Maker Mobile App, where these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice are published, you accept and agree to these updated terms.
