The colour makes the difference: the new DHS door handle system

Schmersal is now expanding its portfolio of command and operating devices with the DHS door handle system, which at first glance stands out from all other standard systems on the market for this application. The colour makes the difference: thanks to RGB technology, the robust door handle can be illuminated in seven colours, clearly and unmistakably signalling different machine statuses.

Compact and versatile:

electromechanical safety switches for smaller machines and plants

For smaller machines and systems or for cost-sensitive applications where only a low performance level is required, Schmersal offers a product family at moderate prices: the safety switches of the AZ215/AZ216 and AZ315/AZ316 series and the solenoid interlock AZM150 are characterised by their electromechanical operating principle, their space-saving, modern design and versatile application options thanks to a rotatable actuator head and a wide range of variants.

Schmersal named ‘Best Managed Company’ again

Having been named the very first winner of the ‘Best Managed Companies Award’ in 2023, the Schmersal Group has now become the honoured recipient of the award for a second year running. The award is presented by consulting and auditing firm Deloitte Private, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and BDI (German Federal Association of German Industry) and is given to small and medium-sized enterprises that demonstrate exceptional management in four different management areas: strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment and finance and governance.
