Hey there,
It's been a week hasn't it?
Lots going on in the world - good, bad, and ugly.
Sending big love to everyone in France.
Things like the shootings in the U.S. and the tragedy in France last night is enough to make anyone feel powerless.
But that's just not true.
I was at the Tony Robbins movie premiere last night for his new movie (on Netflix today!) called Tony Robbins: I'm Not Your Guru.
Definitely check it out.
Tony was there and did a talk after the screening (I filmed a part of it and posted it on my FB page if you want to see more).
A lot of what he said really hit home, but one thing in particular struck me.
He said, "I believe the most important thing that shapes our lives is not the conditions of our lives, but the decisions of our lives."
Wow.
It got me thinking, what kind of difference can we as individuals make if our conditions don't define us?
Are our decisions that powerful?
Yes, they are.
So I got home late and recorded a 5 Minute Friday episode about this.
I included one of my favorite stories, about the kid who throws the starfish back in the ocean.
You REALLY DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in this world, and this episode is a your reminder.
It's the most important message to share with you this week :)
