| Q: It’s either the sixth or seventh straight year of record M&A in the RIA space, what is driving all of that volume? A: “Certainly, having low cost of capital and the 10-year coming down is at this particular moment in time helping velocity and the cost of funding, and obviously cheaper cost of funding tends to lead to more activity.
