What's Ray Blanco pitching as a low-cost internet company?
|
| Greetings! | I had a few folks ask me about Ray Blanco's "Halo-Fi" pitch over the weekend, so even though he says we're past the crucial October 1 deadline to get in on this hot idea, I decided to dig around in that ad a little bit. The good news? The October 1 bit doesn't seem to mean anything, probably one of the fake deadlines that copywriters love to use to spur you to action. Does the rest of the story stand up as interesting? Just click below to... | | |
| Miss anything last week? I've got a soft spot for insurance stocks (I know, super exciting... right?), and the wave of hurricanes hit all of those stocks to one degree or another. So when I got a few questions about a recent teaser pitch from Cabot Undervalued Stocks Advisor I couldn't resist taking a look. Crista Huff apparently thinks there's 20% upside here, so we're not talking crazy hype... but still, sometimes it's good for us to have a warm cup of tea instead of a six-pack of Red Bull. That story is here. Then we went overseas, looking for the "adventure capitalist" stocks being teased by Kim Iskyan for his new International Capitalist from Stansberry Churchouse -- this time it's a priceline-like company in a growing country, and a mobile phone company that's working in lots of frontier and emerging markets. Click here to read that one. And then we went hunting in the sector from whence we're continually told the "first trillionaire" will emerge -- Park Avenue Investment Club is teasing "The Leader of the $50 Trillion Deep Learning Revolution" and we ID that for you and discuss it a bit right here. Finally, as always, the week came to a close with the Friday File, our special weekly piece for the Irregulars. This time I'm adding a stock to my watchlist, and I dig into that a little bit -- join the fun here. | | |
