What exactly is Giving Tuesday? The day was established in 2012 to counter the cultural trend of overspending and commercialism by focusing instead on a cause that you believe in.

It’s a day that has become increasingly popular over the past several years. It’s wonderful to see people putting their money to good use.

John, on this Giving Tuesday, I’d like to ask if you’d consider giving to a cause that you believe in: bringing the Eternal Word, Jesus Christ, to the world.

That’s our mission at EWTN, and I can’t think of a better cause to support than to evangelize the world, to edify the Church, and to encourage people in the faith.
