Future of Communications Keynote: The Future of Work

The Future of Communications Conference will open with a riveting discussion about how macro-forces such as technological innovation and shifting consumer expectations are dramatically transforming how we live, socialize, care for ourselves and others, and work. Leah Johns, the founder and leader of Bain's Global Consumer Lab, Bain's center of consumer insight and foresight, will delve into how these societal shifts profoundly affect communicators and their role in serving the needs of employees, customers, and the public, drawing on cutting-edge research from the lab, and will provide a data-driven vision of the future.
