A possible motive for the Half Moon Bay shooting has been revealed |
Sixty-six-year old Chunli Zhao was charged with killing seven people in Half Moon Bay, and now we may know his reasoning. Zhao told investigators that a $100 bill from his boss for damage to heavy construction equipment was what sparked the shooting spree. The damage occurred when Zhao’s forklift collided with a co-workers bulldozer. Zhao said the collision was his co-workers fault, but his supervisor still insisted he pay for it. That was when Zhao shot his supervisor and co-worker in question. He didn’t stop there though, he then went to the co-worker’s trailer and killed his wife along with two other employees. Here’s what he did next and what excuse he’ll probably be using for carrying out the murders. |
