THANK YOU for all you've done to support Oregon Democrats! Because of your support, we had significant wins in this election — probably one of the most challenging elections we've ever faced as a Party.

Republicans raised a ton of out-of-state money and threw it at Oregon races. So to ensure we kept our community safe, we ran campaigns without our very best tool — door-to-door canvassing. But we adapted and we won!

Our staff and volunteers made almost one million get-out-the-vote calls and our 2,688 Neighborhood Leaders reached out to more than 100,000 Democrats by phone and by mail — and 96 percent of those contacted turned out to vote!

We elected Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and defeated Trump; we re-elected Senator Jeff Merkley, regained the Oregon Secretary of State seat, and re-elected our statewide office holders; we protected Congressman Peter DeFazio from a serious Republican attack and re-elected our whole Democratic Congressional team; and we maintained majorities in the State Senate and House and elected local Democrats up and down the ballot.

We have a lot to celebrate, but we have a lot more work ahead. 

I know you've done a lot this year, but we put it all on the line and I need to ask if you can make a special end-of-year contribution to help us start 2021 strong. Will you use your 2020 Oregon Political Tax Credit to make a donation today to the Democratic Party of Oregon? It's like a free donation for qualifying Oregon taxpayers.

We won because we've been working hard for years and had strong, sustained support from people like you!

Winning elections requires a strong Democratic Party with staff working year-round to organize Neighborhood Leaders, give candidates the tools and resources they need to win their races, run a strong communications program to highlight the great work of Democrats, and involve and work with diverse constituency groups to ensure our Party reflects our state and makes sure every voice is heard.
