| Dear John, On Thursday I led a Zoom training session on Career success. The total workshop was 2 hours long. In that time I “trained” the content for 20 minutes and the other 100 minutes was open discussion around insights and questions from the group. One of the best sessions I have ever been a part of. A personal best for me on the ratio of training content and what is meaningful to the people in the room. Remember that less is often more.
