The number of Latina women in the US workforce fell 2.7% between August and September, compared with a 1.2% decline for all women, and the jobless rate among the demographic increased to 11%, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Amazon to bolster warehouse workforce by 100,000

Amazon plans to add 100,000 seasonal warehouse workers to help keep up with holiday orders, most of whom will be in California, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey and Texas. Earlier, the company brought 175,000 workers on board to handle demand caused by the coronavirus pandemic and said permanent roles would be offered to 70% of them. Full Story: CNBC (10/27)
