Good morning,

It's all go at PNE this morning as the North End hierarchy look to secure their next boss after dispensing with the services of Frankie McAvoy last night.

Our Deepdale reporter Dave Seddon understands the Lilywhites have a candidate in mind who is employed at another club - former PNE favourite Callum Davidson, currently with St Johnstone, and Plymouth boss Ryan Lowe have been heavily linked.

The club hope to have the new man in place in time for Saturday's Deepdale meeting with Barnsley.

Below we've got all you need to know as PNE look to get themselves heading towards the right end of the Championship.

Thanks for reading,

Adam
