As expected, Louisiana played no great role in the scheme of national politics, though a few officeholders could potentially benefit once results are in from across the country. A hotel and a property owner have lodged complaints about noise from Happy's Irish Pub. It's the first case to come up after renewed attention on who should enforce noise ordinances.
