Police shootings: Last week a deputy in Jefferson Parish shot a man who authorities said was wielding a gun during a foot chase through Metairie. It marked a continuation of a trend of rising deputy shootings this year in Jefferson Parish, Michelle Hunter reports. 'Talkin business.'
