It’s about going from being perpetually distracted…
To shutting OFF all the noise...
So you can truly switch your brain ON.
Detoxing from devices and screens for 24 hours or more is one of the most mentally recharging things I’ve ever done.
It gives you the space you need to actually think…
Without the constant barrage of information most of us are exposed to all day, every day.
I have done 7-day digital blackouts, as have many of my most successful clients…
But I’ve found that just 2 days is a lot easier to make time for…
And it’s an incredibly powerful tool for getting clear on my top priorities and coming up with solutions to my problems.
You can even shorten it to 24 hours and still get great results.
Just set an auto reply for your email, and make sure to choose a day where you can ignore text messages and not take any calls.
Remember this DOESN’T mean you can’t do work.
Rather than staring at a computer screen…
Just grab a notebook and spend some time solving for your biggest challenges and opportunities.
You’ll be surprised at how much you can come up with when you’re completely free of distraction.
That's why this strategy often leads to massive breakthroughs.
Sometimes you have to SLOW DOWN to SPEED UP.
