I don't spend a whole lot of time in bed. Give me six hours, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., and I'm good. Plenty of other people in my demographic require even less, while others need a whole lot more. What is it that makes hours spent in the sack such a personal thing, and when should you be concerned that you're sleeping too little or too much?
