Prost hits out; Ferrari launch livery might not race
| We’re only a couple of weeks into Formula 1 2022 and some teams are creating scenes of apparent turmoil already! At Alpine, new CEO Laurent Rossi’s big management shakeup continues, with longtime Renault advisor Alain Prost hitting out at how he felt he was sidelined – and how “disappointed” he was about his exit being leaked ahead of any official announcement. This comes just days after Alpine’s executive director Marcin Budkowski left with immediate effect – likely to be replaced by Otmar Szafnauer, who departed Aston Martin recently. At Ferrari, we’re hearing that its eagerly-anticipated challenger will be launched in a livery that will be changed in time for the Bahrain test – as it gears up for its 75th anniversary celebrations.
