Chick-fil-A And The Power Of A Payments Upgrade
 
When Chick-fil-A launched its mobile app with pay-ahead capability, it was with an eye toward keeping up with consumer demand. It quickly became apparent that the payments part of the transaction wasn’t quite working for customers, so it hit the reset button and made it easier to pay with a card. Conversions are up, and the brand was even recently ranked America’s No. 1 fast food chain.
