An investigation is under way into the circumstances of the crash which claimed the life of driver Manus Kelly during yesterday's Donegal International Rally.
Donegal Motor Club and Motorsport Ireland have named the man killed during today's Donegal International Rally as Manus Kelly, a three-time winner of the competition.
