See your meetings and appointments with one click By Ed Bott If you're accustomed to managing your calendar using an app like Outlook, you've probably ignored the Mail & Calendar app built in to Windows 10. That's understandable, but it also means you're missing out on a useful productivity feature. By connecting your accounts to the Mail & Calendar app, you can see today's agenda or check any day in the past and the future without having to open your full email/calendar app. Mail & Calendar is a single app, despite having separate windows for email and calendar items. From either window, click the gear icon in the lower left corner and then click Manage Accounts to connect to the server that contains your schedule (Exchange, Google, Office 365, and iCloud are all supported, and you can view calendar items from multiple accounts). Double-click any account name to change its sync options; if you only want to see calendar details, slide the Email and Contacts switches to the Off position. The app doesn't need to be open to sync your calendar. To see your schedule at a glance, click the date at the right side of the taskbar and, if necessary, click Show Agenda. Use the calendar control to choose a different date.
