| Use the Feedback Hub for troubleshooting

Microsoft originally included the Feedback Hub app only on Windows 10 builds released through the Windows Insider Program. But as of the mid-2016 Anniversary Update, this app is available to anyone running Windows 10.
You can use it to file and then track the progress of bug reports or offer suggestions for Windows new or improved features. When you file a problem report, spend some extra time on Step 3, where you can add details like screenshots and step-by-step sequences that show the problem.
Even if you never file a bug report or suggestion, though, you can use this app as a troubleshooting tool. If you've encountered unexpected behavior, open Feedback Hub, click the Feedback section (below the Home icon in the menu on the left) and use the search box to find existing reports covering the issue you've encountered. Use the Filter button and choose My Build to restrict your search to reports from the same Windows 10 version you're using. Pay special attention to bug reports where Microsoft has posted an official response
