Dazzling, vibrant, stunning—these words describe many of the nearly 1,000 photos that poured in to Global Programs’ fifth annual photo contest. Favoring images that tell a story, the judges chose winners from places as far as Iceland and Myanmar and from much closer to home—Boston’s North End.
